Flagship Homes recently hosted an exclusive site visit for internal stakeholders at the Fields in Bacton, nestled in the heart of the Suffolk countryside.

This new 51-home development is set to become a sustainable community with a mix of tenures including outright sale, shared ownership and affordable rent. The homes are proving popular already, with full and early-bird reservations already made and some 50 viewings taking place from both locals and those looking for the quiet of rural Suffolk.
Working in partnership with agents William H. Brown in nearby Stowmarket, interest in the homes has been high with great feedback coming from visitors and locals. People have been quick to praise the spacious feel of the development, the attention paid to the local environment, and the quality of the homes themselves.

Green spaces are a big priority for this development. It emphasises environmental sustainability, with wildflower growth, 274 new trees, 2,807 shrubs, 816 aquatic plants, perimeter hedging, and the installation of 16 bird and bat boxes to promote local biodiversity.
