Find out moreIt’s really important you get to the right place when reporting a problem with your home. Any faults in a new build home are often covered by a 'defect period', which typically lasts a year (you'll be able to find this out in your home user guide). After this time, if you are an affordable rent customer, we will deal with any repairs that fall under our responsibility. If you need to make us aware of a fault or repair in your home, then visit My Brolly to report these – the system will automatically work out if you are in your defect period and direct you to the right place.
