You can find out more below about house exchange, right to buy, right to acquire and voluntary right to buy.

We do not have our own Housing Waiting Lists. If you would like to live in a home owned or managed by us you will need to contact your local council. Use the table below to find your local council and their contact details.

Mutual exchange

A mutual exchange is a way to move house by swapping your home with another housing association tenant. If you are interested in mutual exchange, you’ll first need to check you’re eligible and then fill out an application form. There are thousands of tenants registered across the country and you can search for local, regional or national exchanges.

New applications might take a little longer to process as we're now working through the applications we had to put on hold during 2020, but please do fill out an application form if you’re interested in an exchange!

Garages to let

We have temporarily suspended accepting any further garage waiting list applications.

Voluntary right to buy

The Government has announced a Voluntary Right to Buy pilot scheme for a small number of housing associations. We are not one of these, and currently do not offer Voluntary Right to Buy. The Government has announced that the Voluntary Right to Buy scheme for housing association tenants has been delayed until at least April 2018.
