Paying your rent
Hello, we’re guessing you’re here because you’ve received your rent letter for 2023/24!
As outlined in your lease, the amount we charge in rent is usually based on RPI. However, this year, that would've resulted in an increase of more than 13% for every household. That's why we're capping the increase at 7%, absorbing the additional costs ourselves, to try and help support you through these particularly difficult times.
