Hello, we’re guessing you’re here because you’ve received your rent letter for 2023/24!
As outlined in your lease, the amount we charge in rent is usually based on RPI. However, this year, that would've resulted in an increase of more than 13% for every household. That's why we're capping the increase at 7%, absorbing the additional costs ourselves, to try and help support you through these particularly difficult times. Don't forget, if you have any questions or would like some support, don't hesitate to get in touch.
If the amount you pay for your home includes a service charge, your 2023/24 rent letter will let you know how much it is and which charges you’re paying. Here, we explain in more detail how we use the money we receive in service charges. Don’t worry, they won’t all be applicable to you! Only the ones in your letter.
